Thornley Group 'Creating the Lean Organisation' training is carried out by professional trainers who are experienced as senior management practitioners in both Six-Sigma and Lean Operations. The three day course gives an introduction to lean operations, lean tools and techniques and the organisational and strategic issues associated with introducing lean to an organisation. This course provides a platform for implementing Lean Operations in an organisation. Thornley Group Lean Awareness training is targeted at senior management or people with management responsibility for operations or processes. It is also suited to individuals who are working in an existing lean organisation who need more than awareness training.
